Who is the Teacher?

The complete Get Ready for Birth course is taught by Donna Sizemore, a Registered Nurse and childbirth professional for over 20 years. Along with her many years as a Nurse, she has also taught classes for expecting parents for more than a decade. Besides her professional experience, she is the mother of 4 (now grown) children so she can definitely identify with the excitement (and fear) of having a child. 

What does the DVD include?
