Welcome! I’m Donna Sizemore, a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years. After 12 years as a childbirth educator, I produced my class as a DVD that you can experience at home.
Now all of the information you would learn in a private childbirth class is available for much less than the price of a class. Please let us know if you have any questions.
The DVD has just under two hour of information. The Education section is approximately 80 minutes, while the Natural Childbirth and Exercises are about 20 minutes each.
